What is your holiday return policy?
As we know many of you will be shopping for holiday gifts early, items purchased from November 22 - December 13 are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 13, 2025.
Items purchased after December 13th, are eligible for our regular return policy.
All items purchased on sale are eligible for return for credit or exchange only.

What is your return policy?
We think you’ll love using our products as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your choice, we’re here to help.
Full priced devices can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase (devices include diffusers and humidifiers). Essential oils and natural air freshener sprays can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase.
Discounted items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit within 15 days of purchase.
Items purchased with a gift card are eligible for exchange or store credit. To return or exchange a natural air freshener spray or diffuser bundle, please reach out to our customer experience team at hello@vitruvi.com.

Can I return sale and discounted items?
All devices and scents purchased during our sales are eligible for exchange or return for credit within 15 days of purchase. All Archive Sale merchandise is final sale.
SHIPPING
Updates for Canadian Orders: Canada Post
Please note that we are continuously monitoring the Canada Post strike, which started Friday November 15th and will communicate all relevant updates here.
If you previously placed a Vitruvi order that was shipped with Canada Post and it has not been delivered we are working to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. All orders placed will be shipped with Canada Post until we receive further updates and we will continue to monitor the strike situation.

What are your estimated shipping times?
Standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We do offer expedited shipping (2-3 business days) across the United States and Canada. Please note this is an additional charge, and will be charged at checkout.
How long are your processing times?
We work as quickly as possible to get your package shipped out to you in a few days. However, during peak seasons, your order may take up to 4 business days to process.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $75 (before tax) ship free, with standard shipping, to Canada and the United States. Orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska have a $30 shipping charge; this fee is waived on orders over $200.
WARRANTY
Do your devices come with a warranty?
We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our devices; this includes diffusers and humidifiers. If your device has any mechanical or manufacturing defects, we would be happy to assist you.
Note: Stone Diffusers with a DC power cord are not covered under warranty. For more information, visit our warranty page.
How do I claim a product under warranty?
If your registered device stops working, send us the email you used to register your product, information on the issue you’re experiencing (please include a photo or video), and your current shipping address to us at hello@vitruvi.com. We’ll be happy to help you out.
PROMOTIONS + SALES
Are promotional codes eligible during sales and on sale items?
No - no other promotions are applicable during sales, or on any discounted items.
What is the return and exchange policy for products purchased on sale?
All sale and discounted items are only available for exchange or return for store credit within 15 days of purchase.
What is your price adjustment policy?
If you have purchased an item up to 30 days before a sale, we would be happy to offer you a price adjustment during the sale period. The reimbursement will be applied back onto your original form of payment. Please note that the item will be final sale after the price has been adjusted.
Can I redeem by Take Care Club points on discounted and sale items?
Yes! To redeem your points, sign into your Take Care Club account through the rewards panel on the bottom left corner of your screen. Select “Ways To Redeem” to view all of your available rewards. To use your points, click “Redeem”.
